Ductwork & custom fabrication
This is the part most integrators subcontract. We do it ourselves — the ductwork, the fittings, the hoods and the steel that carries them, in our own shop, on our own schedule.

Why in-house fabrication changes the job
When fabrication is farmed out, every field change becomes a negotiation. A transition that does not fit means a call, a lead time, and a crew standing idle. When we make it, we make the replacement and it goes in the same week — often the same day.
It also means the person who designed the run and the person who built it work in the same building. Intent does not get lost in a drawing package handed to a shop that has never seen your plant.
What we fabricate
Spiral and rectangular duct in galvanized, carbon and stainless. Custom fittings, elbows, transitions and blast gates. Capture hoods built to the geometry of your specific process rather than pulled from a catalog. Washdown-rated stainless for food and pharmaceutical environments. Non-structural steel — platforms, supports, mezzanines and access — to AISC-quality standards.
Heavier gauge than commodity duct
Combustible dust and abrasive material do not belong in light-gauge commodity duct. We build to the gauge the material and the standard require, with welded seams where the application calls for them.
