DCG is an authorized AirPro Fan & Blower supplier, so the fan and the system around it come from one place at discounted pricing. AirPro builds industrial-duty centrifugal fans and blowers out of Rhinelander, Wisconsin — pre-engineered and custom, tested and rated to AMCA standards. We select them against a real system curve and install them as part of the system, not as a box somebody else hangs.
What we supply
Backward-inclined and backward-curved wheels where the air is clean or lightly loaded and efficiency is the priority. Radial and radial-tipped where the airstream carries material. Material-handling designs where product passes through the fan. High-pressure blowers for conveying and combustion air.
Selection is the value, not the purchase order
A fan bought before the duct is designed is a fan chosen against a guess. We calculate static pressure across the whole run first — hoods, duct, fittings, collector, stack — and select against that number, so the unit sits on its curve where it is efficient rather than riding the end of it.
Then we fabricate the transitions, stack and support steel, install it, and check isolation, alignment and vibration at start-up.
