What we supply

Which collector you need is decided by the dust: how fine it is, how much of it there is, how hot or abrasive, and whether it is combustible. The short version is below — each page goes into how the selection is actually made.

Start with the dust

Fine and dry
Cartridge collectors — the most filtration area in the smallest footprint, pulse-cleaned on demand.
Heavy, hot, abrasive or sticky
Baghouses and fabric filters — loading that would pack a cartridge solid, taken continuously.
Fume in the breathing zone
Fume extraction and downdraft — weld fume and solvent vapour caught at the source, before it is a room problem.
Your dust hazard analysis says combustible
Explosion protection — venting, isolation and abort gates sized to your dust data. Not an option on the quote; it is what makes the system legal to run.

Fans and ductwork aren't chosen separately — both are sized against the finished system, which is why we design them together with the collector rather than after it.
