We size it against your process, install it with our own crews, and stock the parts that keep it running.
What we supply
The cartridge collectors that handle most manufacturing dust, baghouse units where the loading or the temperature calls for fabric filters, downdraft tables and benches for grinding and finishing, and mist collectors for machining coolant.
We size the unit against your actual dust loading, air-to-cloth ratio and footprint rather than against a model number somebody has already decided on. If the duty points at a different manufacturer we will say so — being equipment-agnostic is the point.
Which unit fits which duty
Cartridge collectors cover the majority of what we quote: fine dry dust at moderate temperature, where pleated media gives you the filtration area of a much larger bag unit in a footprint that fits an existing plant. Grinding and finishing, laser and plasma fume, powder handling.
Downdraft tables and benches make sense when the work comes to a fixed station rather than the capture going to the work. They are the cheapest effective answer for a grinding or deburring cell, and the one most often skipped in favour of an ambient system that costs several times as much to run.
Baghouse units come in when loading, temperature or abrasion would finish a set of cartridges early. Mist collectors handle machining coolant, which is a different problem again: liquid aerosol, not dust, and it needs media built for it.

Buying the collector and hiring the mechanical install separately is the conventional path, and it is where most of the schedule risk on these projects lives. We do both. Rigging and setting the unit, fabricating and hanging the ductwork, building the support steel, tying it into your building, then starting it up and balancing it.
One company, one schedule, and nobody to point at when a transition does not fit.
Genuine parts, stocked
Cartridges and bags, gaskets, pulse valves, solenoids and timer boards. Torit filter media is engineered against the collector it goes in, and the aftermarket equivalent that saves you fifteen percent on the purchase order frequently costs more than that in differential pressure and cartridge life.
We service Torit equipment we did not install, including units that have been in a plant for decades.
