Aerospace work puts two things in tension: the airflow you need to capture composite dust and solvent fume, and the cleanliness the parts themselves demand. A system that solves one and ignores the other creates a new problem.

What we design for

  • Carbon fiber and composite machining dust — abrasive, conductive, and a hazard to electrical equipment it settles on
  • Solvent and adhesive fume in bond shops and layup rooms
  • Paint and primer booth exhaust with make-up air that has to stay balanced
  • Capture that cannot compromise the cleanliness of the part or the room

How we approach it

Composite dust is abrasive enough to wear through light-gauge duct on the outside of every elbow, and conductive enough that where it settles matters. We build heavier-gauge runs and route them so wear points are accessible for inspection rather than buried above a ceiling.

Every system is sized to your process rather than pulled from a catalog. We supply the collector, fabricate the ductwork and hoods in our own shop, and handle the mechanical install in-house — one crew from drawing to start-up.
