Food processing
Flour and sugar are combustible dusts that also happen to be food. The system has to satisfy NFPA and survive sanitation, and those two requirements pull in different directions.

What we design for
- Combustible flour, sugar, starch and spice dust
- Washdown and sanitation cycles that destroy ordinary duct and hardware
- Sanitary construction — no crevices or ledges that hold product
- Allergen segregation between lines
How we approach it
We fabricate washdown-rated stainless with sanitary seams and build hoods that can actually be cleaned. Fabricating in-house matters here because sanitary detailing is exactly the kind of thing a commodity duct shop treats as optional.
Every system is sized to your process rather than pulled from a catalog. We supply the collector, fabricate the ductwork and hoods in our own shop, and handle the mechanical install in-house — one crew from drawing to start-up.
