Where the dust loading is heavy enough that a conventional pulse-jet unit would spend its life at high differential pressure, Scientific is often the better answer, and we install it when the duty points that way.
Where this equipment fits
Heavy grain loading, abrasive material, and applications where a smaller footprint matters but the dust is too much for a standard cartridge unit. The high-pressure cleaning system moves more air per square foot of media than conventional pulse-jet cleaning, which can mean a physically smaller collector for the same duty.
We specify it where it is the right answer and something else where it is not. The point of not being tied to one manufacturer is that the recommendation follows your dust rather than our purchase agreements.
Supplied, installed and serviced
As with every collector we put in, the unit is sized against your process, the ductwork and hoods are fabricated in our own shop, and our crews perform the mechanical install and start-up. Bags, cages and wear parts afterwards.
