One contractor, not a chain of them

The conventional model has an equipment rep selling the system, a fab shop making the duct, and a mechanical contractor hanging it. Three companies, three schedules, and three sets of assumptions about what the others are doing. Every gap between them becomes your problem.

We handle the mechanical install in-house. Rigging and setting the collector, hanging duct, erecting the support steel and platforms, and tying the system into your building are all done by DCG crews.

Built around your production schedule

Most of this work happens in a plant that cannot stop running. We plan tie-ins around your shutdowns, work the weekends and off-shifts the schedule requires, and stage fabrication so the disruptive work happens in the narrowest window we can manage.

Start-up and balancing

A system is not finished when the last hanger is tight. We start it up, take airflow readings at the pickup points, and balance the system so every hood pulls what it was designed to pull — not just the one nearest the fan.
