Automotive
Automotive plants have the tightest tie-in windows of anywhere we work. The system has to be fabricated and staged so the disruptive part of the install fits inside a scheduled shutdown.

What we design for
- Weld-cell and robotic weld fume at high duty cycles
- Line-side exhaust that has to clear operators without disturbing the process
- Paint, sealer and adhesive vapor requiring different handling than particulate
- Tie-ins constrained to plant shutdowns measured in days
How we approach it
We fabricate ahead of the window and stage on site so shutdown time is spent hanging and tying in, not waiting on material. Because our own crews do the install, the schedule does not depend on a subcontractor being available the weekend you need them.
Every system is sized to your process rather than pulled from a catalog. We supply the collector, fabricate the ductwork and hoods in our own shop, and handle the mechanical install in-house — one crew from drawing to start-up.
