Process fans & blowers
A process blower is the one component that has to be selected against the whole system. Every elbow, every foot of duct and every filter you add moves the operating point — which is why a fan chosen before the duct is designed is a fan that will disappoint you.

Selection follows the system curve
We calculate static pressure across the full run — hoods, duct, fittings, collector, stack — and select against that number. A fan selected on airflow alone will either starve the far pickup points or ride so far off its curve that it wastes power for the life of the system.
Wheel type follows the material. Backward-inclined for clean or lightly loaded air where efficiency matters most. Radial and radial-tipped where the airstream carries material that would pack a backward-inclined wheel. Material-handling designs where product moves through the fan itself.
What we supply and install
Process blowers and centrifugal fans across the range — we supply the unit, fabricate the transitions, stack and support steel, and handle the mechanical install in-house, including the isolation, drive alignment and vibration checks that decide whether a fan lasts.
Where a system runs at part load most of the time, we will size a VFD into it. It is usually the single largest energy saving available on a dust collection system, and it pays back on the electricity bill rather than on a spreadsheet.
Noise, vibration and the things that get complained about
Fan noise is the complaint that arrives three weeks after start-up. Silencers, isolation and correct duct transitions are far cheaper designed in than retrofitted around an operating line, so we design them in.
