Parts, service & maintenance

A collector with loaded filters moves a fraction of the air it was designed to move, and the people working under the hood are the last to know. Service is the least glamorous part of this business and the one that decides whether the system still works in year five.

Filters and replacement parts

Cartridges, bags, and cages sized to your collector, plus the wear parts that fail on a predictable schedule — pulse valves, solenoids, timer boards, gaskets and blast gates. We stock and supply genuine Donaldson Torit parts, and filters for most other makes.

Inspection and repair

Differential pressure that has been climbing for months, a hood that stopped pulling, abrasion wearing through an elbow on a bend nobody thought to check. We inspect the system, tell you what is actually wrong, and fix it — including the ductwork, which is usually where the problem is and is rarely what gets looked at first.

Systems we did not install

You do not have to have bought the system from us. A good share of our service work is on equipment somebody else installed, sometimes decades ago. If it is worth repairing we will tell you; if you are spending money to keep a system alive that should be replaced, we will tell you that too.
