What we do with your information
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
One form on this site asks for information: the quote request. It collects your name, company, email address, phone number, the type of work you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message box. Only the name and email are required.
Our host records standard technical information with each submission — the IP address it came from and the browser used — which exists to identify spam.
What we do with it
We read it and we reply. Submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to the person handling enquiries. We keep them as long as we need to respond and for our own records of who has contacted us.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
Tracking
This site runs no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and no cookies for marketing. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the site work: Netlify, which hosts the site and stores form submissions, and our email provider, which delivers the notification. Neither uses your information for their own purposes.
Your information, on request
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call us, or send it through the contact form, and a person will handle it.
